It looks like the next month has multiple great dining experiences for you to enjoy. One that we’re particularly excited about is the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Dining Series. The series comes from a collection of Columbia Hospitality restaurants as a limited-time experience celebrating the PNW.
What’s extra cool about the Puffy Jacket Pop-Up Dining Series is the fact that it’s happening across state lines. That’s right, you can enjoy this experience in Oregon as well. So if you’re down for a drive you can check out what Columbia Hospitality has to offer down South. Plus you’ll have until March 27th to check it all out.

Each restaurant has created a unique “rustic” menu and beautiful outdoor space for you to enjoy your meal. Just make sure to make a reservation before you head out and bring your puffy jacket. But if you don’t feel like driving far that’s no worries. Because you can enjoy the food at Ben Paris and Copperleaf, both of which are located in Seattle.
