Big changes are coming to Toronto’s historic Harbour 60 & they’re hiring

One of Toronto’s historic dining establishments, Harbour 60 is making a come back and they’re changing things up in a huge way. We’re talking three thrilling concepts over four floors. Oh, and they’re hiring! Here’s everything you need to know.

It’s only been a few months since Harbour 60 shared that it would be temporarily closing its doors for a rebirth. It has been a staple in the scene for over two decades but now, it’s changing up its dining experience.

The next time you visit Harbour 60, not only will you once again indulge in its culinary offerings but you will also get the opportunity to enjoy two new dining concepts.

Estelle and Arianna are two exciting establishments that will also share the historic building, taking over the third and fourth floors, respectively.

Though full details as to what each establishment will be offering have yet to be disclosed, Curiocity has reached out to Harbour 60 for more information.

Are they hiring?

Only important questions here! Yes, the new Harbour 60 location is hiring for several positions.

These positions include:

  • Front of House: Servers, bartenders, hostesses/hosts, and server assistants
  • Back of House: Chef de Partie, Cook, Expeditor

Interested parties for either part-time or full-time employment can send in their resumes to hiring@harboursixty.com.

When will it re-open?

According to Harbour 60, they plan to reopen in three months.

I for one will be patiently waiting.

Are you excited about this new transformation? I know we are.
