We love us a good book sale, and September has a few of them. The Treasures Sale is taking place at the Toronto Reference Library this month, and now the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra has released details about theirs! Get ready for the Giant Used Book Sale.
According to the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra, the Giant Used Book Sale returns to the Sheridan Centre Mall for its 29th year this September.
Kicking off on Thursday, September 19th, you can expect the Giant Used Book Sale to have everything for literature lovers.
Besides books, there will be music and collectables, with everything at $1 each.
“The sale will feature fiction and non-fiction fiction books, vinyl records, DVDs, CDs at $1 each, puzzles, board games, and sheet music. All items are in excellent condition sold at unbeatable prices,” states the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra.
The four-day sale is a “vital fundraiser” for the orchestra. By Sunday, all items are half price!
The “revenue generated from the sale is used to present and support each concert season, fund the rapidly expanding Mississauga Symphony Youth Orchestra, and assist with incredible projects like fully staged opera,” they say.
