Feeling peckish? Us too. Put that pizza pop back in the freezer, pals. We’re going all in on the craziest foods Toronto has to offer! The sweet, the savoury, the massive- it’s all in here. And in our bellies. Hold on tight folks, here’s the wild ride that is the craziest foods to eat in Toronto!
DUTCH DREAMS ICE CREAM
If you tried to read the entire list of ice creams and toppings at Dutch Dreams in one breath, you’d pass out before you reached the halfway mark. There are waffle cones dipped in literally everything, and the cones come out piled high with a precarious amount of toppings. Don’t drop it!
Where: Dutch Dreams, 36 Vaughan Rd
JUNKED WAFFLE SANDWICH
House-made waffle, Dr. Pepper pulled pork, cheddar pickles, coleslaw, and Jolly Rancher BBQ sauce. It sounds so wrong but it tastes so right. Also, you can get it on a doughnut. The plot thickens.
Where: Junked Food Co., 507 Queen St W
A BURGER TALLER THAN KOBE
Six patties, six cheeses, triple bacon, caramelized onions, stacked between three grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s so insane you get a place on the wall of honour if you can finish it with a milkshake!
Where: Holy Chuck Burgers, 1450 Yonge St
50 LB LOBSTER MOUNTAIN
The Earth shakes as this lands on your table. It’s more butter, garlic, and lobster than you could ever need. It weighs more than your toddler niece. What more can we say?
Where: 4020 Finch Ave E, Scarborough
NARWHAL CHIMNEY CONE
Eva’s Original Chimneys is already the ideal spot to chase down a major sugar high. Back by popular demand, get it in blue narwhal form! No need to be wary of blue due #3, this baby’s coloured naturally with spirulina and there’s even a vegan option! #health

VEGAN RUNNY EGG YOLK
This diner has vegan versions of everyone’s favourites. One of the craziest things they serve up? This stacked burger, complete with a runny egg yolk. We don’t know how, but we love it.
Where: 1265 Queen St W
DORITO SMASH BAGS
Junked is on this list twice because honestly, they deserve it. It’s weird in there. Their smash bags start with cheddar, lettuce, sour cream, chili sauce, pico, and jalapeno in a bag of Doritos. From there, they add insane toppings (think mac and cheese or pulled pork). You smash it, you eat it. Straight from the bag, which makes it even more satisfying.
Where: Junked Food Co., 507 Queen St W
PEACE TREATS MILKSHAKES
If you put a slice of cake, three mini donuts, an entire s’more, and a handful of caramel corn on a milkshake… does it still count as just a milkshake? We think so. It’s a dessert hack we take advantage of on the reg.
Where: Peace Treats Co., 131 Ossington Ave
SUSHI BURRITOS
Is a sushi burrito truly a burrito or is it just a very big sushi roll? These are the questions that haunt us.
Where: Rolltation; Various locations, find them all here
TORONTO’S BIGGEST PIZZA
When we said “any pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself,” we didn’t quite mean this one. Grab 25 friends and tackle the unofficial biggest pizza in Canada! No, they probably won’t deliver this one.
Where: Frank’s Pizza House, 1352 St. Clair Ave W
Take a break from dinner cereal, there are so many insane things to eat in this city! If you’re looking for us, we’re going to be snacking on the craziest foods Toronto has.
