Canada Day Celebrations

Head down to ICE District Plaza for a massive Canada Day celebration on July 1st. There will be drop-in basketball, pickleball and street hockey for everyone to participate in. There will also be music, games, inflatables, photo booths, face painting, performers for kids of all ages.

Canada Day Fireworks

Start off the month right, with some Canada Day fireworks! The city’s fireworks will light up the sky over Edmonton’s River Valley at 11pm. The fireworks will also be livestreamed for anyone who would like to watch from home.

Whyte Avenue Art Walk

The Whyte Avenue Art Walk is taking place this month, and it is the city’s first event of its kind with 400 artists lining the streets of Old Strathcona showing their creative talents. Buy directly from artists, and watch them create!

The Works & Streetfest

Once again, two major Edmonton festivals will be joining forces this July, which means even more excitement for you. You can expect vibrant visual art and sensational street performance, side-by-side, and it’s free!

Al Fresco On 104th

Al Fresco on 4th is back! This fantastic outdoor experience rolls a market, food trucks and expanded patios into one convenient location. So, whether you’re looking for a beverage on a patio, the hustle and bustle of the market, or something fresh from a local food truck, this is the place to be.

Pop-Up Night Market

This month, head out for a night at the Marketplace at Callingwood’s Pop-Up Night Market! The family friendly event will have face painting, balloon animals, inflatables, and more. You can also grab a bit eat the food trucks, and shop from over 70 vendors.
