Now, we know it’s going to be a tough few weeks with restaurants and patios, being closed and all, but we’ll get through it! We mean, how else are will we be able to check out the slew of new places that have opened in the few months? For example, one of Calgary’s most popular neighborhoods just opened a groovy new restaurant and bar and we hear through the grapevine that it’s ‘Top Notch.

Described as ‘Kensington’s hippest little bar,’ the new eatery, which is aptly named Top Notch, is a funky little spot that believes a good time shouldn’t have to cost a fortune, an arm or a leg!

From their cocktails and beer to their ‘adult’ Slurpees, burgers and other delightful bites, everything on their menu will only cost you $8. That’s it – and it’s not like they’ve skimmped out their offerings either!

Despite everything being extremely affordable, their drinks are still full sized and their meat is still thick, covered in cheese and served with a side.

In addition to just having a well-priced menu, they’ve also got a pretty stellar patio that has been fitted with picnic tables and is surrounded by the bright lights of the inner city. Could it get any better?

Check them out, Calgary. You’re almost guaranteed a good time!
