Enjoy tropical sips at this beach-themed Christmas pop-up in Calgary this winter

The holidays, despite how beautiful they may be, still have a pretty bad rep for being cold and stressful – luckily Calgary has a festive oasis where you can hang your stockings after a long day of snowy commutes and end-of-year chaos at work. Back again, for another year of fun is the Sippin’ Santa Pop-up bar – you one-stop-shop for everything Christmassy, delicious and tropical.

Located just off of Calgary’s 17th Avenue at Ricardo’s Hideaway, Sippin’ Santa is an event that we genuinely look forward to year after year.

With over-the-top decorations and lights from floor to ceiling, the folks at Ricardo’s will be pouring event classics like their Kringle Kolada, and of course the sippin’ Santa, as well as brand new drinks like their white Russian Christmas and Yule Log Grog (to mention a few.)

In addition to this, they’ll also be featuring a holiday advent calendar with daily deals, and will actually be donating 10% of this year’s proceeds made through the sale of Santa Pants, their Christmas carol barrel and their Santa Heads signature glassware to aid the relief efforts of local restaurants through the James Beard Foundation!

If you’d like to check it out, or would like more information, you can visit their website OR follow Ricardo’s on Instagram here.

Now get ready to jingle those bells, Calgary – you have between November 17th and December December 31st to enjoy it!
