Well jingle our bells and call us Nick. Calgary’s first big Christmas event has been announced and it’ll go down smoother than spiced egg nog. This November, pre-order an Uber and get your Mariah Carey on at Calgary’s Miracle on 1st Street, a holiday-themed pop-up bar that will knock your stockings off.
Serving Xmas-themed cocktails in a variety of Christmas mugs and glasses, Miracle of 1st Street will return again this year to completely transform Calgary’s Proof cocktail bar with over-the-top decorations from floor to ceiling.
Between November 18th and December 24th, those looking to get holly jolly among friends and gift boxes can visit the popular inner-city bar as long as they’re vaxxed and can handle their liquor.

If you’re interested, we’d recommend putting it in your calendar now, because much like the years prior you won’t be able to make a reservation beforehand, and boy does it get busy.
In addition to this, parties with 6 or more people can’t be accommodated – but this makes perfect sense because Proof is a pretty intimate place.
As for dress code, Christmas fits are welcome and encouraged and so is the holiday spirit, so wear your best!
