But, it doesn’t have to cost that much, if you know about some of the best cheap apartments you can rent around Vancouver.

1529 W Broadway- $1,365/month

1330 West 14th Avenue- $1,450/month
Just a stone’s throw from the South Granville corridor, this 1-bed, 1-bath apartment for rent offers hardwood and laminate flooring, easy access to many amenities, and water is included in the price.
2185 Oxford Street- $1,500/month
Located in the Grandview-Woodland area, this studio apartment offers a recently renovated space complete with a full kitchen (including the dishwasher). Additionally, laundry facilities are inside the building for your convenience.
1644 Nelson Street- $1,410/month
To cap things off, we come to this studio apartment available for rent in the West End. In addition to the downtown location, the apartment features great views, a balcony to enjoy them from, and has both heat and hot water included in the rent.
