Calgary-based restaurant with daily happy hour to open in Vancouver & it’s hiring

Vancouver is getting a brand new dining destination and it’s a Calgary-based restaurant! Central is making its way over to Vancouver and will be opening its first location in the province. Oh, and they’re hiring.

The chain known for its daily happy hour deals and brunch specials will be bringing its eclectic vibe and delicious offerings to 555 Burrard St.

“We are over the moon to share some good trouble coming soon at Central Restaurants,” shared the chain on LinkedIn.

“We are bringing Central to 3 new locations across Canada in 2025! You’ll find us in the trendy neighbourhood of Ossington, Toronto + the heart of Downtown Vancouver, and the inner city of Marda Loop, Calgary!”

Though an official opening date has not been set, the team is currently hiring and accepting applications for its new Canadian locations.

Positions include Management, servers, hosting, bartender, kitchen hand and cook/sous chef.
