Who’s ready for the return of a beloved Vancouver holiday tradition? Stanley Park’s Bright Nights is a staple when it comes to holiday light experiences in the city, though the festivities have looked a little different in recent years without the iconic Stanley Park Train.

This year, the popular holiday train ride is officially back, which means passengers can once again wind through the Stanley Park forest surrounded by thousands of Christmas lights.

According to the City of Vancouver, park visitors can enjoy even more lights and whimsical displays at the Stanley Park Plaza, including the popular vintage fire truck.

And in terms of food & drink, there will be plenty of churros, pretzels, popcorn, and chimney cakes from the Praguery to munch on. And hot chocolate & specialty coffee to wash it all down, of course.

So, get ready to check out Santa’s Workshop or find a comfy spot to enjoy some festive live entertainment with a cup of cocoa in hand.
