It’s almost the season of colourful light displays and holiday outings, and Victoria’s famed Butchart Gardens is set to transform into a festive winter wonderland. From December 1st to January 6th, the breathtaking garden will shine with thousands of holiday lights, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the season.
Visitors can roam the garden at their leisure, enjoying traditional carollers and music by a brass band as they go. If you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit with your loved ones, it’s all but guaranteed here.
Sing along to classic carols, indulge in tasty eats at Dining Room Restaurant or Blue Poppy, and take in the festive scenes of The Twelve Days of Christmas.

Note that the Japanese and Mediterranean Gardens will be closed, and pets are not permitted inside the gardens between 3 and 8 p.m. from December 1st to January 6th.
