SoCal’s Baekjeong Korean Barbecue just opened a Seattle area location this past week. You’ll find premium meats for barbequing, bibimbap, ramyun, and much more. The main draw is of course the tabletop barbequing. When it comes to meats you’ll find prime ribeye, boneless short rib, thinly sliced brisket, pork jowl, and much more.
