Happy Monday Seattle! If you’re looking to brush away those Sunday scaries, why not treat yourself to something truly tasty post-work? SoCal’s Baekjeong Korean Barbecue is opening a Seattle area location today and you’re going to want to check it out. Here’s where and what to expect.

If you’re unfamiliar with the chain, it’s owned by comedian and former wrestling star Kang Ho-dong. Its Korean name appropriately translates to “butcher,” already giving you an idea of what to expect from the menu. You’ll find premium meats for barbequing, bibimbap, ramyun, and much more.

The main draw is of course the tabletop barbequing. When it comes to meats you’ll find prime ribeye, boneless short rib, thinly sliced brisket, pork jowl, and much more. There’s no way you’ll leave Baekjeong hungry with all of the menu offerings available to you. Plus it’s a great dining option if you’ll be going out with a large group of friends.

Baekjeong is set to open today inside Alderwood Mall. As restaurant openings involve some trial and error you may want to give them a few days to get into the flow and establish hours. With that being said, enjoy the new eats!
