Now this list wouldn’t be complete without a spot that offers gluten-free goodies. We know baked goods aren’t always the most accessible treat for folks with dietary needs or restrictions but Nuflours has you covered. Score some tasty pumpkin bread, pumpkin cinnamon cake, cinnamon rolls, and more.

Cafe Besalu is a long-time Ballard fave and they’re not slowing down this winter. You can’t go wrong with any of their pastries so you might as well grab an assortment. They even have unique items like cranberry curd tart.

This local bakery is known for delicious baked creations both savory and sweet and while they haven’t been super vocal about winter offerings we’re sure that there are at least a few. You’ll have to visit for yourself to find out.

If you’re a fan of peppermint bark, you’ll want to make your way to Bakery Nouveau this holiday season. For a limited time, you can snag the tasty treat along with their other delicious baked good and chocolate offerings.

Boy oh boy do we love Coyle’s, this Seattle bakeshop is a local favorite because of its attention to quality, detail, and flavor. Its winter offerings are no different, be sure to keep your eyes peeled as they release more menu items.

A more molten cake? Sign us up! Hot Cakes are good year-round but they really hit the spot in winter. You can enjoy all of the classic offerings or opt for something a little different like smores.

Beacon Hill’s extension of the popular Cafe Flora is another spot well worth visiting daily. They have many of your favorite pastries as well as seasonal fall offerings coming to the menu soon. Whatever you choose, it’s almost guaranteed to be delicious.
