This adorable Edmonton Café feels like you’ve stepped inside a colouring book

There really is something magical about a place where the interior is just as important as the menu itself, isn’t there? This week, for those looking to grab a coffee or a quick bite, check out the Ark Coffee and Bistro in Edmonton, a unique spot with 2d decor and the sweetest treats.

Located at 16731 – 84 Street, this quaint little cafe serves Thai tea, ube rolls and mini cakes from local bakery Charlene’s Cake Box.

However, while we’d recommend going for the food, it’s their aesthetic that’ll make you stay well after the cashier has printed your receipt.

Decked out in black and white, the walls and chairs have been painted to make it look and feel as though you’re in a literal colouring book.

From “vases” and “table settings” almost everything has been drawn on or over to create a unique effect, unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Interested in checking out? The Ark Coffee and Bistro is open between 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday, then 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays – so check them out. This place is truly one of a kind!
