The Campaign

Their goal in prioritizing digital media marketing was to ensure relevancy among a millennial, social media friendly audience-base and to secure their position as a leader in the hospitality industry in the Calgary market compared to their competitors. Curiocity acted as their on-the-ground eyes and ears in Calgary, keeping the O&B team informed on current trends, events, and community projects they can be involved in and capitalize on. We continuously provide them with both operational and creative recommendations based on market research and experience.

The Strategy

We reviewed Oliver & Bonacini’s current digital marketing efforts, social media accounts, and content and provided our initial assessment and recommendations for their marketing initiatives moving forward. Our production team began shooting creative and location-agnostic photo and video content in Calgary. We began advertising for Oliver & Bonacini at a frequency of six posts per month for their Calgary businesses, leveraging the content we produced and sharing captions written in our own voice always coming from a place of authenticity.

The Results

In over a year of working together, Oliver & Bonacini’s restaurant’s brand awareness substantially increased. Although this result cannot entirely be attributed to Curiocity, the company has indicated we were certainly a major reason for this result.
