A Vancouver pastry chef is the latest Food Network Canada star!

If you’re looking for a new series to check out, then we’ve got a great option for you. West Van’s own Steve Hodge, the person behind Temper Chocolate and Pastry, is the star of Food Network Canada’s newest show! The series premieres tomorrow, so here’s a quick rundown.

The name of the show is Project Bakeover. In it, Hodge and co-host Tiffany Pratt travel around to bakeries on the verge of shutting down. Hodge will help to transform the menu and reinvigorate the bakers, while Pratt handles renovations and design changes.

Honestly, this sounds like a great show to check out. It’s like a mix of (a more lighthearted) Kitchen Nightmares and (a more modern) Restaurant Makeover. Plus, anyone who has tried Temper Chocolate knows just how amazing Hodge’s skills are.

Project Bakeover will be premiering on Thursday, February 4th (aka tomorrow), at 9PM. Catch it live via STACKTV on Amazon Prime, or on the Global TV Live app. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to try our hands at baking a loaf of sourdough.

That’s still relevant, right?
