Vancouver was just ranked one of the world’s best cities for healthy living

Surprise surprise folks, Vancouver just got another ranking. This time we’ve been ranked as one of the world’s best cities for living a well-rounded and healthy lifestyle. And if you ask us, it seems pretty appropriate that we made the list.

The study was done by Lenstore and analyzed 44 cities globally based on 10 different metrics. Some of those metrics included things like hours of sunshine, life expectancy, and pollution. And when it comes to Vancouver we ranked number 10 on the list with an overall happiness level of 7.23. So we’re doing pretty well!

As for our other metrics, we averaged 1,938 hours of sunshine, 1,670 hours of work, and have 218 different outdoor activities. And if you’re wondering the top 3 on the list were Amsterdam, Sydney, and Vienna. Interestingly, Vancouver was the only North American city that made it to the top 10.

So with that, we can all give ourselves a pat on the back for living in one of the world’s best cities. And if you’d like to learn more about the rankings or other cities involved you can click here. With that, we hope you all have a great week and keep up with the healthy choices!
