We can’t express in words how excited we are for things to go back to normal. From mask-free get-togethers to concerts and holidays, we’ve all got a laundry list of events, celebrations, and new restaurants to look forward to. On the top of our to-hit list? Hello Sunshine Banff, a cooky new sushi, BBQ, and karaoke joint opening in everyone’s favourite mountain town.
Though they haven’t released any official photos of the restaurant itself just yet, this vibrantly marketed hybrid is almost guaranteed to be a lively spot where everyone is in for a great time; after all, there’s nothing quite as memorable as watching your drunkest friend poorly cover a Bon Jovi Song in front of a live audience.

Sadly, any and all performances will be on hold until this summer when they launch the full concept – but it’s not all anticipation and bad news!
For the time being, Hello Sunshine is running a smaller sushi pop-up from Thursday to Sunday out of the 3 Bears Brewery and Restaurant, so if you’re in the area, we’d highly recommend checking them out.
If you’re interested in pre-ordering, take a scroll through their menu below and click away! From Nigiri to traditional rolls, Izakaya, and even take-home cocktails, they’ve really got it all! Happy eating, friends. We envy you guys for being within their delivery zone, and cannot wait to check it out ourselves.
