This spot is certainly unique because their focus during normal times is aerial arts. But obviously, most of us don’t have those setups at home. So with that in mind, Versatile Arts is offering classes to help you build up the body strength to be able to eventually have some aerial fun or just feel strong. And regardless, we think this is one of the coolest fitness studios in Seattle and would love to try it out.

Here’s another great place to check out yoga and they have some seriously unique and amazing classes. They have 7 different classes to choose from and they also offer trauma-informed yoga which isn’t easy to find. Plus one of those classes is all about the 12 steps recovery program. So you can either participate in a flow class or really dig deep if it’s something that you need.

And to end things we’ll give you one more yoga spot to check out. Because we think yoga is pretty much the best place to get started on a new fitness journey.
