Our trend-senses are tingling and we think we’ve landed on a winner. Remember when that cube croissant was all the rage on TikTok across Toronto? Now another cubed item has hit the pastry scene. This time, it’s a cube brioche from La Beau Lab. Will all our foods be available in cube form eventually? If so, we are NOT mad about it…
Anyway, the cube brioche is usually available after 11 AM on weekends at La Beau Lab. It’s got a gorgeous brioche bread texture with a rich and tender crumb. When we say this thing is mouth-watering, we really mean it. Oh, and it’s pretty darn cool to look at too!

Of course, the delicious brioche isn’t all this spot does. They’ve also got a menu stacked with incredible croissants, pastries, and café beverages. The heart and soul of Le Beau Lab is Pastry Chef Olga Spivak. After training at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie, she worked in a renowned patisserie in Paris. Since then, she’s collaborated with some of the best pastry professionals around the world. So it’s safe to say this place has the quality to back it.
If you’d like to see this insane creation for yourself, be sure to place an order ASAP. If we’ve learned anything from the viral cube croissants, fun-shaped creations sell out fast.
