The excitement just never ends in Toronto these days. One of your favourite nostalgic pastimes is about to make it’s grand comeback on the city shores. Yes, we’re talking drive-in movie theatres. More specifically, the Ontario Place Drive-In.

Although their original heyday was back in the 50s and 60s, drive-ins saw a resurgence of popularity last year, as folks searched for COVID-19-safe forms of entertainment during the pandemic. Since we still aren’t quite out of the woods on the pandemic front, it only makes sense that drive-ins will be a city staple this summer once again.

As for the Ontario Place Drive-In specifically? That awesome spot will be hosting its first film screening of the season next week! Stop by on Friday, June 18th to catch a movie viewing of cult class Pulp Fiction. In the days to follow, the drive-in be screening other fan favourites like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Goonies, Beetlejuice, and more. We sure have an exciting summer in store!
