Seattle’s bakery news has been pretty sweet lately (no pun intended). It turns out that Portage Bay has a brand spanking new bakery in the nearly century-old Jensen Motor Boat Company building.  This new spot is called Saint Bread and it might just become your new go-to bakery.

Not only are you guaranteed to find delicious pastries like cardamon knots and melonpan, but you’ll also find one of the most beautiful interiors. And that’s because it was done by Graham Baba Architects. They’ve worked on other restaurant concepts like Mezcaleria Oaxaca, Chophouse Row, and Melrose Market. So if you’re not too distracted by the delicious pastries, you might snag a few insta pics too.

Plus it’s looking like it’s going to be one of the best community spaces in the neighborhood. Can you tell we’re excited?

But what’s best of all is that Saint Bread is open now so you don’t have to wait to pay them a visit. Start your weekend off right and enjoy a great coffee and bite to eat while supporting a brand new local spot. If you’d like to learn more about Saint Bread you can click below. Enjoy folks!
