We can always get behind a new bakery. Especially when it comes from acclaimed local coffee roasting company Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. So get ready to add the roasting companies sibling Moonrise Bakery to your rotation of coffee shops and bakeries.

The new Moonrise Bakery is located in Queen Anne in the former Le Reve bakery. And Olympia actually took over Le Reve last summer after the coffee company’s longtime pastry supplier closed down during the pandemic. So it’s a new foray for the roasting company and a great addition to the neighborhood.

On the back end, Moonrise will provide baked goods for Olympia’s six other retail locations across the state. But for Seattleites, it’s a brand new spot to grab pastries, coffee, and a curated selection of vibrant natural wines. And while Le Reve was a longtime beloved spot, we think that Moonrise Bakery will quickly become a mainstay in the neighborhood.

We’ll definitely be giving them a try because who can say no to a new haunt? Who knows, maybe we’ll see a Moonrise 2.0 in the future if it becomes Seattle’s next “it” bakery. If you’d like to learn more or find out the location and hours you can click below. Enjoy folks!
