We know fall season just started but before you know it, the holiday season will soon be upon us. That means gifts, and gifts mean money and that means working to make sure everyone you love can get the perfect gift for Christmas. That being said, Yorkdale mall is hosting a hiring event this week and they’re looking to fill more than 200 positions at multiple retailers in the mall.

On October 6, Yorkdale will host a hiring event to help retailers find full-time, part-time employees for positions like cashier, sales, management, operations, customer service, front of house, and back of house.

Those interested can drop off their resumes any time between 1 PM to 7 PM and should come prepared in case they get interviewed on the spot.

“Customer appetite for in-person shopping experiences is strong and we have a dozen new retailers opening locations this season. This hiring event is designed to set our retailers up for success as they prepare to meet pent up demand,” said William Correia, Director at Yorkdale Shopping Centre.

“Yorkdale has a reputation for being the country’s leading retail destination. We’re doing everything we can to ensure that the businesses in our centre are ready to deliver on that expectation.”
