After opening Canada’s first Carlo’s Bakery in Port Credit, Mississauga earlier this year, Buddy Valastro has now set his sights on Toronto. Another Cake Boss bakery has officially opened its doors in the heart of downtown.
The new Carlo’s Bakery is located in Yorkville and it’s an express shop where you can snag Buddy’s irresistible treats while you’re on the go.
You’ll be greeted by a life-sized cutout of Buddy as you enter the bake shop, which has a classic Cake Boss-themed interior with a stylish and elegant Yorkville twist.

Classic cannolis, epic cakes, cupcakes, and lobster tails are just some of the goodies you’ll find on the menu at the new shop, as well as seasonal treats like pumpkin pie in the fall.
Everything you see is baked fresh and delivered from the Mississauga location every morning.
The team at Carlo’s Bakery told Curiocity that a very exciting menu item will soon be available exclusively at the Yorkville location, so stay tuned for updates!
If that’s not enough to satisfy your appetite, don’t fret because the new bakeshop will soon start serving savoury menu items like pizza and sandwiches straight from the Valastro family recipe book.
