From Mumbai and Budapest to Singapore and Venice, guests will take various locomotives to see castles and monuments, museums, national parks and cities renowned for their beauty.

In fact, Northern hot spot, Vancouver, is where guests will begin their journey after two wonderful nights at the Fairmont Downtown.

After they’ve seen the Butchart Gardens and have taken the seaplane to Victoria, they’ll hop on the Rocky Mountaineer – a dome-top train once named best of the best for very good reason.

Under the bright blue sky, this view-friendly train will ‘choo choo’ to Kamloops, then Jasper for one enchanting evening, but not without some fun!

“Embark on another day of world-class vistas as you re-board the train this morning,” Railbookers explained.

“Journey through the magnificent Canadian Rockies, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot majestic sights like Mount Robson, the towering peak of the mountain range, as well as the powerful Pyramid Falls and the awe-inspiring Yellowhead Pass near Jasper’s renowned National Park.”

The next Canadian stop? Lake Louise and Banff for a gondola ride and cruise on Lake Minnewanka’s scenic waters.

From Banff, they’ll be taken to the Calgary Airport and depart for Edinburgh, London, Florence, Rome and Delhi (just to name a few.)

Sound extravagant? It should considering it’ll cost approximately $156,719.48 CAD ($113,599 USD) per person.

Luckily, (if you don’t need to go overseas for a good time) a smaller version of the West Coast leg is offered for a fraction of the price.

Though it will still cost a pretty penny, a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Kamloops to Jasper starts at $2,724 CAD and includes some incredible activities.

Their other itinerary, which goes from Vancouver, Kamloops then Banff starts at $2,781 CAD.

Either way, it’s pretty cool to see such an incredible trip stop in several Canadian cities and towns – but we can’t say we’re surprised.

The Great North is a gorgeous place full of whimsy, wonder and stunning sights.

Would you check it out if you had the money? We’d be delighted to step foot on the world’s fanciest trains – especially in Canada!
