There are tons of foodie centric events to look forward to in the coming months. Between food festivals and new farmers markets, your eating calendar is probably looking pretty full. But be sure to leave room on April 11th because Wolf and Woman and chef Tiffany Ran are collaborating for a pop up thats sure to be out of this world.

Wolf and Woman opened in Seattle in 2017 with a focus on Malaysian Tamil cuisine and while the cuisine remains the same these days, they’re now based in San Diego. Chef Tiffany Ran is known for her uber popular pop up Ba Ba Lio Taiwanese which can often be found at Fair Isle Brewing. While both are equally delicious on their own, the collaboration of the two is sure to be a taste you won’t soon forget.

The pop up dinner will take place at Lottie’s Lounge in Columbia City on April 11th and will have six dishes that blend  elements of Malaysian and Taiwanese cuisine. It’ll cost $55 per person.

Here’s the deal, as both the resto and pop up are extremely popular, reservations are currently sold out. The good news is that you can join the waitlist which is probably worth doing considering the event is a month out and someone is bound to cancel. In the meantime you can always enjoy Ba Ba Lio and who knows, maybe just maybe, another seating will be added to this tasty event.
