Lemon Ginger Hot Toddy

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  • Warm the mug with hot water and let sit for 3-5 minutes, which primes the vessel to hold heat longer, yielding a truly hot toddy to the last sip. Empty once time is up.
  • Add the tea bag, hot water, and honey to the cup, stirring to dissolve.
  • Steep and cover for 10-15 minutes for a full extraction of herbal goodness from the tea bag.
  • Add the optional liquor.
  • Garnish with lemon peel and spices.

Chamomile Lavender Honey Latte

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Place both tea bags into a mug, adding in 1 cup boiling water. Cover with a lid or tea buddy, and steep for at least 4 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and squeeze any excess tea.
  3. Pour milk into a small saucepan and gently simmer.
  4. Carefully transfer the warmed milk to an upright blender along with the honey, vanilla and tea. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour between two mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy immediately.

Dreamy Irish Cream Night Cap

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Traditional Medicinals Nighty Night tea bag
  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 1/2 cup coconut or oat milk, or other milk of choice
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey, depending on sweetness preference
  • 2 Tbsp Torani Puremade Irish Cream syrup
  • Cinnamon powder for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Place tea bag into a mug, adding in 1/2 cup boiling water. Cover with a lid or tea buddy, and steep for at least 4 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bag and squeeze any excess tea.
  3. Pour milk into a small saucepan and gently simmer. 4. Carefully transfer the warmed milk to an upright blender along with the honey, Torani syrup, cinnamon, and tea. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour between into a large mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Stress Soother Hot Cocoa


Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Boil water, place the tea bag in mug, and then fill the cup ¾ full with hot water.
  2. Allow mixture to steep, covered for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Then add the cocoa powder and mix.
  4. Next, stir in the honey and a pinch of salt, and feel free to add more to taste.
  5. Fill mug to the top with your creamer of choice. We recommend using a milk frother to make it extra foamy.
  6. Sprinkle your cocoa with dash of cayenne for a kick, or with cinnamon powder for added spice. Garnish your cup with dried rose petals or a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of decadence.

Vegan Ginger Nog

Ingredients: 

  • 4 Traditional Medicinals Ginger Aid tea bags
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 16 oz boiling water
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil then pour over the tea bags to make a concentrated brew. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags, squeeze out any excess liquid, and compost them.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. If you prefer to serve chilled, keep it in the fridge for at least 1 or 2 hours, or add ice.
  5. Serve, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

 

Gingerbread Cookie Latte

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger Aid tea bags
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1-2 tsp brown sugar, depending on sweetness preference 
  • 2 tsp molasses
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp cardamom

Instructions:

  1. Brew Ginger Aid tea in a mug. Cover and let sit for 10-15 minutes. 
  2. Once steeped, remove tea bag, squeezing out excess tea. Stir in the brown sugar, molasses and vanilla extract. 
  3. Froth the oat milk, adding in the cinnamon and cardamom powders. Gently heating the oat milk in a stovetop saucepan with a whisk will also work.
  4. Pour back into the tea mug topping the pre-brewed Ginger Aid tea, stir well. 
  5. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon for garnish and enjoy!

Turmeric Tonic Mockarita


Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Boil 4 cups water and brew four tea bags of turmeric tea in a heat-safe container, allowing it to steep covered for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Stir tea into bowl with lime juice, honey. Taste and add more if desired.
  3. Circle the rim of your cup with a freshly cut lime wedge, then dip in a plate of salt to garnish the glass.
  4. Once the mixture has cooled, pour it into your cocktail glasses over ice.

Echinacea Elderberry Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Pour the cider into a saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat. 
  2. Add the spices: cinnamon sticks, star anise, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Cutting open the teabags, empty the loose herbs into the cider, and bring to a simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and strain, through either a mesh strainer or a cheesecloth.
  5. Retain the warmed cider, and compost the spices and herbs
