Seattle has an elusive new pop-up serving up massive weiners by none other than bigfoot himself. Well, not quite, but the pop-up does focus around delicious creations using Olympia Provisions footlong weiners. The most recent is a combo of said weiner and Temple Pastries’ croissant dough creating a “bigs in a blanket”. It’s sure to be a mouthful in the best way possible.

Like Bigfoot Long’s namesake, Bigfoot, the pop-up has “sightings” in neighborhoods across Seattle. Their most recent pop-up happened this past weekend at Temple Pasteries but sadly it sold out very quickly. Just to give you an idea, you could have scored items like bigs in a blanket, and three delicious ice cream flavors with top flavor notes of cherry, honey latte, and peanut butter.

At past pop-ups, lucky diners have been able to enjoy loaded footlong weiners with ingredients like locally foraged mushrooms, bolognese, and much more. Basically, all the pop-ups revolve around those delicious and ridiculously long weiners. It’s definitely worth keeping tabs on if you’re into all things comfort food.
