Washington is lighting up with all sorts of gorgeous holiday light displays this year. From Leavenworth’s classic display to the zoo, Christmas Ships and many others, lights are abound. If you don’t want to go far you can actually head to Westlake Park for even more Luminous Light Sculptures.

Luminous Light Sculptures at Westlake Park is on now daily rain or shine until Tuesday, January 9th. It’s completely free to visit and enjoy and a great stop while you’re doing holiday shopping downtown.

Display highlights include a 13-foot reindeer, a giant snowflake and a candy cane twice your height. You’re invited to stroll through the brilliant light installations and enjoy the artistry of these displays built from thousands of sparkling lights.

If you’re looking for other holiday events downtown you can head over to Pioneer Square for a free ice skating rink, holiday market and even snow flurries.

Plus if you work downtown on Tuesday’s you can check out free holiday movies at City Hall Park.
