Looking to add a few restaurants to your end of year dining list? OpenTable just released its ‘Top 100 restaurants in America for 2023’ and four Washington spots made the cut. Let’s check them out.

OpenTable determined the list by combing through over 12 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics. These included “diner ratings, percentage of reservations made in advance, and five-star reviews.” The resulting list highlights some of users favorite spots this year.

The four mentioned Washington restaurants are the following:

Cafe Juanita is known for its Northern Italian cuisine with four prix-fixe tasting menus, omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, and vegan.

Capitol Hill’s Spinasse is also known for its Northern Italian cuisine and has been capturing the hearts and stomachs of Seattleites since 2008.

Sushi Kashiba and The Pink Door are both located by Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market.

Kashiba is known for its three time James Beard Award nominee chef Shiro Kashiba and his artistic and delicious sushi dishes.

The Pink Door is also known for its Italian eats as well as its nightly entertainment that ranges from cabaret to trapeze, music and tarot.
