If you need a relaxing getaway this summer then look no further. Award-winning resort, Wander, is expanding its ventures by opening the first-ever lakefront Nordic spa in Ontario, located in the heart of Prince Edward County.

According to Wander The Resort, Wander The Spa will have no shortage of amenities including “four distinct pools and four fire experiences, two saunas, a steam room, an exfoliation cabin, a lakeside Whisper Beach complete with cozy hammocks and napping tents, as well as massage treatments.”

The spa can be found nestled on West Lake among the tall grasses of Wander The Resort spanning 10,000 square feet.

“Unveiling the first-ever lakefront Nordic spa in Ontario is something we’ve been striving towards since we first walked the property more than five years ago,” says Shannon Hunter, owner, Wander The Resort.

“After so much thoughtful planning, we are incredibly proud of the spa offering and design and feel it perfectly reflects the resort’s identity – a retreat in simple luxury, somewhere to unwind and connect.”

While an official opening date for the summer has not been announced, there is specially priced day passes and an exclusive all-access Founders Pass available to purchase for a limited time here.

The day pass starts at $65 and includes access to hydrotherapy pools, the steam room, saunas and exfoliation cabin.

The Founders Pass is speciality priced at $3900 per year where guests can enjoy the following:

  • Unlimited spa access
  • Complimentary spa guest pass (Monday – Thursday)
  • 15% off spa treatments and classes
  • 15% off Gather’s spa menu
  • Unlimited Beach Club access (seasonal)
  • Priority dinner reservations at Gather
