Shop from over 60 vendors at this vegan festival outside Toronto

Get your carrots in order for this Saturday because there’s a huge outdoor vegan festival coming to Burlington and you won’t want to miss it. The first annual Burlington VegFest is coming to the Burloak Waterfront Park and will feature delicious vegan foods and products for all to enjoy.

On August 20, the family-friendly event will take place, featuring more than 60 vendors, expert speakers on health, the environment, veganism, and more.

The event is free to attend and will have activities for children, demos, and even a live band.

This isn’t solely a food fest, attendees can also check out the wide selection of health, beauty and fashion products from vegan businesses in and around the area.

To make the event even more enticing, the first 200 attendees will get a free swag bag with coupons and so much more.

“Donations to buy plant-based food for the Burlington Food Bank will be accepted with a chance to win a prize for every $10 donation,” said organizers of VegFest.

Need a lift? No problem! A free shuttle will run throughout the day to and from Appleby GO station and Burlington VegFest.
