Here’s how to get unlimited pilates classes in Toronto for a week

Have you ever thought of taking up a Refomer pilates class? The hardest part is signing up, but there’s a new studio making the experience easier for first-timers. LSD°R Studios in Toronto is offering a special pilates rate for newbies who sign up – unlimited classes for an entire week. Here’s what to know.

LSD°R stands for Low, Slow, Deep Re°form. Founders Tessa Bernier and Jacqueline DiRenzo opened the doors to their new studio earlier this month at 543 Richmond Street West. It features 14 Re°former machines.

Newbies, rest assured, each class offers modifications and amplifications so that attendees of all fitness backgrounds can enjoy the class.

There are five different session styles, including arms + abs, full body, glutes + arms, glutes + back, and legs + abs. “All sessions are anchored by intentional breathwork. Our sessions follow a 6-day rotation, meaning the focus shifts daily to provide a well-rounded and progressive experience throughout the week,” says LSD°R Studios.

Unlimited classes

Now, for the deal, you must register online and make an account. You have two options:

You can sign up for the one-week special that offers unlimited sessions for seven days. This is priced at $50. So if you wanted to do a class in the morning and another at night – the world is your oyster!

The other option is a two for the price of one deal. It’s $50 but expires within 30 days of purchase and offers two classes. It’s important to note that they’re available for a limited time only, so if you’re in your Pilates era, we recommend signing up ASAP.

Trust us, you’ll love it!
