If you’re looking for an amazing culinary experience, you don’t have to look too far. A Seattle food tour just ranked among the best in the country by Tripadvisor.
Tripadvisor released its 2023 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Food & Culinary Experiences, ranking 25 food attractions across the country.
While a Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami took the first spot, Seattle’s Chef Guided Food Tour of Pike Place Market came in at 22nd.

According to Tripadvisor, their selection comes from the “Best of the Best to experiences and attractions with a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews and opinions from our community over a 12-month period. Each winner has passed our rigorous trust and safety standards.”
And when it comes to the 2-hour Chef Guided Food Tour of Pike Place Market, it states that the tour combines local hang outs, to diverse tasting, all at the famous market.
“Experience the food and culture at one of Seattle’s most famous landmarks, Pike Place Market, on this 2-hour, chef-guided food tour. See where chef’s shop and locals hang out,” reads the description.
“Enjoy diverse tastings at nearly a dozen different stops — places like Beecher’s ‘World’s Best’ Mac and Cheese, Local Color coffee shop, Britt’s Pickles, Ellenos Real Greek Yogurt and more. The tour is hosted by Eat Seattle, and costs $66.99 per person.
Each year, Tripadvisor’s Best of the Best Destinations spans several categories, and for 2024 they included: Top Destinations (formerly Popular Destinations), Trending Destinations, Culture Destinations, Food Destinations, Nature Destinations and two new subcategories this year, Honeymoon Destinations and Sustainable Destinations.
