Not even the cold weather can stop us from enjoying this delicious Toronto ice cream spot. What started as a limited-time pop-up has just become a permanent fixture at Bloor and Landsdown. Yup, we’re talking about Ruru Baked. If you haven’t tried a taste of this place’s creations, trust us, you’re in for a treat.

So as we mentioned, Ruru Baked began its journey as a pop-up ice cream joint. Their weekend-only operation offers a wide range of seriously creative ice cream flavours. There’s a crazy long list of options to choose from, but some of the highlights have got to be their honeycomb cereal milk, matcha + shortbread, or their pb pretz.

Well, soon you’ll be able to get Ruru’s any time you like. Their new location is still under renovations, so it’s not open just yet. But in the meantime, you can stop by Thursday – Sunday for same day pickup. All you have to do is pre-order online then stop on by for your tasty treat. They’ve got a maximum of 4 pints per order.

So be sure to check out this delicious new Toronto spot. It may be cold out, but we promise this delicious treat is well worth the chill.
