These Toronto coffee shops have been ranked among the top in Canada

It seems like everywhere you go, Toronto has a coffee shop on every corner. Big or small, local or corporate-owned. Everyone has a favourite cafe they visit and some may argue they’ve found the best in all of Canada.

Depending on your favourite hidden gem, that may be the case according to Yelp’s ranking of top coffee shops in Canada.

Out of 25 of the highest-rated cafe hubs in Canada, nine of them are in Toronto. You may be asking yourself, ‘How do they know what’s good coffee?’ According to Yelp, they identified businesses in the coffee shop category and then ranked them by a number of factors like total volume and ratings of reviews.

If one thing is for certain, Torontonians love to leave reviews – we can’t help it, we’re passionate! So according to reviewers, Yelp ranked Toronto’s Fahrenheit Coffee fourth, Piedmont Coffee Bar eighth, Tandem Coffee ninth, and Mallo tenth.
