This swanky Toronto condo costs $18,000 a month to rent (PHOTOS)

Believe it or not, there are condos in this city that cost just as much to rent per month as the average Canadian makes in half of a year. Most of us could only dream of renting a Toronto condo for $18,000 a month, but at least we can take a free virtual tour and imagine ourselves there.

Located at 18 Beverly St just steps from the heart of Queen West, this sprawling 4,209 sq ft unit boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a den, and a sunsoaked terrace that’s probably bigger than your apartment.

The property features imported wide plank ash floors, a custom kitchen with monogrammed appliances, marble counters, a walnut wet bar, and a wine fridge. The home is outfitted with speakers so you can keep the party going in every room.

The master bedroom has customized his and her closets, a spa-inspired bathroom with a glass shower, plus a separate den with a private office.

It even comes with four parking spots, an unheard-of luxury in downtown Toronto.

The $18,000 a month you’d pay to live here doesn’t include utilities, heat, or air conditioning and we’d imagine those expenses would cost a pretty penny considering the size of this place.

But, you do have access to the building’s amenities, which include a rooftop deck and garden, a gym, sauna, gym, and party room.

Chances are this place is out of your budget by a long shot. Maybe it’s time to consider snapping up one of the adorable tiny houses for sale in Ontario instead.
