This Ontario town has 70 km of shoreline & five beach parks

Looking for a quick beach getaway? If you’ve done Wasaga and Sauble more times than you can count, it’s about time you switch things up and head to Tiny, Ontario instead.

Why Tiny, you ask? Despite its name, this township is home to 70 km of gorgeous shoreline.

It’s located around two hours from Toronto just a short distance past Barrie, making it the perfect spot for a day trip.

There are five beach parks in the area — Woodland Beach, Bluewater Beach, Jackson Park, Balm Beach and Lafontaine Beach Park.

With their pristine sand and shallow water, these beaches are ideal for laying out and cooling off in the sun.

Take your pick of these beautiful destinations or visit them all in one day for the ultimate beach-hopping adventure.
