After a lengthy soft opening phase, the brand new SOHO has officially opened in Edmonton! Inspired by some of New York’s most famous neighbourhoods during the 70s and 80s (as seen in the name) this new spot offers great eats, cold beers, and live entertainment. Let’s check it out!

Naturally, SOHO is focusing on some absolutely classic food for its menu. Like sandwiches? Try a Bowery Meatball Sub, a Bleeker St Chicken Parm, or the Five Borough Hero. Or, opt for a true classic and grab some NY-style pizza, available either by the slice or to share at the table.

Luckily, they’ve got very reasonable drink prices to enjoy alongside the food. A house pint of beer will only set you back $5.75, while highballs are only $6. One thing’s for sure- you won’t be breaking the bank during your visit, unless you’re buying rounds left right and centre.

Which might just happen, depending on how into the live music and the lively atmosphere you get. One thing’s for certain- you’ll need to exercise a little self-control if you go here on a weekday. After all, it’ll be easy to have too much fun once you’re there!
