Craving a trip to Malibu? Now, you can get a taste of it right here in the GTA. A dreamy new restaurant just opened up in Burlington and it’s bringing coastal vibes to the shores of Lake Ontario, even in the middle of winter.
Isabelle Restaurant & Lounge is a lakeside oasis inside Burlington’s new Pearle Hotel & Spa. It has both an intimate dining room and an expansive, all-weather terrace where you can soak up the sun and feel like you’re on vacation in every season. Unfortunately, the all-weather terrace won’t be open until the spring,
The menu is made up of plant-forward cuisine and share plates that highlight the freshness and seasonality of Ontario produce. Many of the ingredients come from Pearle Hospitality’s nearby farm.
The dishes are described as “globally influenced with vibrant flavours inspired by coastal climates from around the world.” Plus, Isabelle has three separate menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
