They’re at it again, folks! Calgary’s post-apocalyptic hotspot, Shelter, is back, hitting us again not with one but TWO tasty popup events and you’re not going to want to miss out on either of them this summer!
Haven’t solidified your Tuesday’s dinner plans? Look no further. This week, join local master chef Keisuke Oyama of Tokyo Chopsticks for a delicious evening of fusion eats and chilly drinks.

Known for his unique takes on traditional favourites (all of which are made with fresh ingredients), Oyama will be offering an unreal menu of truffle yuzu scallop ceviche, Berkshire pork and jalapeño gyoza, and teriyaki mustard duck tacos. Yummm!
Then from Wednesday to Saturday take your taste buds to the South of India for traditional bites tweaked ever so slightly by @freshwithvresh.
Serving everything from Mangalore hot chicken, wagyu idly sliders and marina beach solam, this 3-day event is sure to be one that will stick with you and your mouth for years to come so don’t miss it!
