Check out the Black Lagoon at Rob Roy

Black Lagoon is a Halloween pop-up bar that is open now until November 4th. Guests can check out the lagoon daily from 4 PM-2 AM. It’s described as a “swampy harbor” and welcomes all ghosts, monsters, witches and zombies.

When: Tuesday, September 26th-Saturday, November 4th

Visit the brand new Bar Bake Shop

Starting Wednesday, October 4th, Bar Bake Shop will open its doors at 4:30 PM. Guests can expect to find “a few savory snack plates, 4 or 5 plated desserts, and an expanded wine menu with 6+ by-the-glass options on any day.”

When: Opens Wednesday, October 4th, Tuesday-Saturday 4:30 PM-8 PM

Brian Jonestown Massacre

American psych-rock band the Brain Jonestown Massacre is coming to Seattle! As they have a strong fan base, tickets are sold out with some left in the resale prices. You’ll have to pay a pretty penny to see them live but it might just be worth it for you.

Free Public Tours of Washington Park Arboretum

The Arboretum is one of Seattle’s best spots for getting outdoors, especially in the summer. While you can walk it by yourself at any time, you can also enjoy free tours on the first Thursday of each month from 11:30 AM-1 PM.

When: First Thursday of every month

Little Dragon

Swedish electronic music group Little Dragon is coming to the Neptune Theatre. They may be sold out, but they have some resale tickets available.

She Bends: Redefining Neon Legacy

If you happen to live south of the city you can head to the Museum of Glass and learn all about neon, including its history as well as its current resurgence specifically among female artists. You can also visit the museum’s other permanent and rotating exhibitions.

Tacoma Greek Festival

Head to Tacoma for the Tacoma Greek Festival. Guests will be able to see the St. Nicholas Dancers, take tours of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, and enjoy an array of delicious eats.

When: Friday, October 6th-Sunday, October 8th

Visit a museum for free
