Get ready, Tacoma, because October is about to get a whole lot more fun! The annual Tacoma Greek Festival is returning, and it’s free to attend. Here’s what to expect from this year’s festival.

Your free festival admission will allow you to watch the eye-catching St. Nicholas Dancers who will be back with periodic performances in the tent. Not only that, but you can also take tours of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, which is hosting the event, and learn about its history.

When it comes to eats, you certainly won’t go hungry.

The Tacoma Greek Festival will have an assortment of traditional handmade Greek pastries at the Coffee Shop and Bakery. There will also be food booths with “Gyros, Calamari, Greek Fries, Souvlaki (sausage), and Loukomathes.” There will be Spanakopita, tiropita, and dolmathes served on all three days, and even dinner entrees.

Best of all, you simply have to show up. Keep in mind, that any food you want to grab will be an additional purchase. With that, enjoy!
