Have you had the chance to check it out yet? The U District Cherry Blossom Festival kicked off on the 16th, but there is still time to head over and look at the blossoms while trying spring-themed treats!

Hearts and Homes: Celebrating International Women’s Day

The first event in the 2024 concert series, “Music of the Americas:  Hearts and Homes.”  The Ballard Civic Orchestra, led by conductor Paula Madrigal will perform the monumental first symphony by American composer Amy Beach, as well as an original work entitled “Alegre” by the fantastic Cuban composer Tania Leon, according to organizers.
