The hills are alive – and they’re going to be singing at The Citadel Theatre! The Sound of Music is in Edmonton, and this Tony Award-winning musical is unmissable. Follow the story of free-spirited Maria as she becomes a governess in the home of a widowed naval captain with 7 children. It’s a story of joy, love, and found family – and it’s a total classic. Expanse 2024 kicks off this week! The event is a 10-day Movement Arts Festival that focuses on body-based work from a cross-section of artists. “Expanse offers opportunity, inspiration, education, and community for artists and audiences who share a love and curiosity in physical performance,” according to its organizers.
