Darcy & Jer: No Refunds Tour

Kick off your week with Darcy & Jer, who are first and foremost proud dads to their daughter Grace and their golden retriever Yuma, and have over 4.5 million followers with an average of 50 million views a month. They are also leaders in comedy content creation.

Drag Me to the Gallery!

Head to the Art Gallery this week for a very special Drag Edition of the Community Tour Series! This month, Drag Artist LaDonna Stone will do a mini performance and speak about some of their favourite artworks in our new exhibition From Warhol to Banksy. This program takes place during the Gallery’s monthly free night at the AGA, which happens the last Thursday of the month from 4-7pm!

Amanda Marshall: The Heavy Lifting Tour

Alberta Avenue Night Market

Ten Night Markets are taking place in the Alberta Avenue District, and they kick off this Friday. Each market will have different vendors, entertainment and community partners. So bring the family, and enjoy some food outdoors this summer!

The Block Party

Start the long weekend off at this musical extravaganza! The 11th annual Block Party is back, with Day 1 on Friday paying tribute to the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, and Canada’s best tribute bands! On Day 2, expect a night of high-energy funk, soul, and R&B, as Vancouver’s own Five Alarm Fun takes the stage.

Union Hall Summer Block Party

RideOn Carnival

Taking place over the long weekend is the Ride-On Carnival and pop up market at Mill Woods Town Centre.The Carnival kicks off on June 30, and will be on until July 2nd. The pop-up market will start on July 1st with indoor and outdoor vendors, then on the 2nd you can expect just indoor vendors.

The Art of Brick

The world’s largest and most popular display of Lego art is here! If you’re a Lego fan, be sure to make time to head to Telus World of Science to discover over a million Lego bricks transformed into over 100 sculptures by contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya.
