Remember when going out to bars was a weekly occurrence? Us too, but now when we get to enjoy them, the experience is even more special. And we’re thinking a visit to the Fairmont Olympic Hotel Olympic Bar is in order this weekend. Because it just got a revamp and you’ll want to see it.

The nearly century-old Fairmont Olympic Hotel got a multi-million dollar restoration this year and part of that included the Olympic Bar. The new lobby bar serves up daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus they have afternoon tea on Saturdays and Sundays for those of you needing a midday pick-me-up experience.

This new bar is just the start of new dining experiences at the Fairmont. And for now, we’re super excited to try out their menu which is described as “approachable American cuisine”. Plus we think a picture or two with the stunning new interior wouldn’t hurt our Instagram feed.

What’s best of all is that you can visit the Olympic Bar right now and you don’t even have to make a reservation. Seating is all on a first come first serve basis and if you’re wondering the bar and hotel are going to extensive measures to ensure the safety of patrons.
